【課程簡介】

齊桓公問管仲:“為什么說懂得二五之機,就可以治理好天下?”管仲回答說:“二五之機,是幫助國王不走極端的方法。國王如果不懂二五之機,就會亡國;丞相如果不懂二五之機,就會失勢;老百姓如果不懂二五之機,就會毀家。二五之機,是治國的根本樞紐?!惫茏铀^的“二五之機”,就是陰陽五行的動態(tài)平衡之道。

生命型企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵,就在于懂得企業(yè)的二五之機——陰陽五行的動態(tài)平衡之道。毛澤東運用“二五之機”締造了生命力極強的政軍組織,稻盛和夫運用“二五之機”締造了兩個世界五百強企業(yè),乃至,所有成功的常青企業(yè)或社團,他們共同的生存發(fā)展之道,都在于對陰陽五行的平衡把握。陰陽五行是中醫(yī)學的理論基礎,中醫(yī)恰恰是運用“陰陽五行理論”,找到了防病治病、延年益壽的根本方法,此方法不僅適用于人體,同樣,適用于人生、企業(yè)乃至國家。

本課程從陰陽五行的思維講起,結(jié)合古今中外的管理思想,分析企業(yè)特有的陰陽和五行,找出企業(yè)平衡發(fā)展的核心機理。企業(yè)的陰陽五行,猶如“企業(yè)方向盤”。企業(yè)經(jīng)營者的智慧,在于如何駕馭好“企業(yè)方向盤”,朝著既定的目標前進。本課程將在老師的引導下,結(jié)合學員自身企業(yè)的問題,進行深層次的交流互動,以達到初步的自我診斷和調(diào)理的效果。
